You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or submit an inquiry.

Our products are elevated hunting blinds mounted on trailers and are intended for use by adults only. Product use is subject to the operating manual, assembly instructions, load limits, and safety warnings supplied with the product. Improper use, overloading, use on unsuitable terrain, or failure to deploy the stabilizing outriggers can result in serious injury or death.
Nothing on this Site constitutes safety, legal, or regulatory advice. It is the responsibility of the owner and operator to comply with all applicable laws, including hunting regulations and federal, state, and local requirements for the registration, lighting, and road use of trailers in their jurisdiction.
4. Hunting and Outdoor Activities — Assumption of Risk
Hunting and the use of elevated stands involve inherent risks, including the risk of falls and serious injury. By using the Site and our products, you acknowledge these inherent risks. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UDO ROECK CORPORATION, ITS AFFILIATES (INCLUDING UDO RÖCK GMBH), AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Udo Roeck Corporation and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Severability; Entire Agreement
