When you visit the Site, our website platform provider (Wix.com Ltd.), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our advertising partners automatically collect certain technical information, including:

Do Not Track: Apart from GPC, no uniform standard for "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals has been adopted, and the Site does not respond to other DNT signals.

Contact and quote inquiries: for the duration of our communication with you and up to 24 months thereafter, unless a business relationship is established
Technical log data: as retained by our hosting provider in accordance with its standard practices

8. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption of data transmitted through the Site. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

We are part of a group of companies headquartered in Germany. Information you submit through the Site may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and in Germany by our affiliate Udo Röck GmbH. Germany is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which provides a high standard of data protection.

In addition, our service providers may process data in other jurisdictions in which they operate. In particular, our website platform provider Wix.com Ltd. may store and process data in the United States, the European Union, and Israel in accordance with its own privacy policy (available at wix.com/about/privacy).

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable state law provides). We will verify your identity using the information associated with your inquiry (e.g., your email address) and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable once by 45 days where permitted).

Appeals: If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Authorized agents: Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

12. Notice to Visitors from the EU/EEA

The Site is directed to customers in the United States.
